I’m Jeffrey Ingold (he/him), a media trainer, journalist, and storyteller at heart. With over a decade in communications, including my time as Head of Media at Stonewall, Europe’s largest LGBTQ+ charity, I’ve had the privilege of shaping narratives that spark change and capture attention.

I’ve trained senior executives at global powerhouses like Netflix and Disney, as well as founders of startups and grassroots organisations pushing boundaries in AI, technology, human rights, and climate action. My goal is always the same: to give people the confidence and clarity to tell their story in a way that makes an impact.

As a writer, I explore the intersections of human rights, society, and culture for outlets including The Guardian, BBC, and GQ. I’ve also shared insights on platforms like BBC Radio 4, Sky News, CNN, and Channel 4, and I never shy away from a good conversation about the stories that shape our world.
